What the Scoreboard Does Not Show

An honest audit of the inputs behind a swim time. Not to apologize for the swim. To remember what carried it.

Example audit

A 1:08.42 in the 100 LCM freestyle on the scoreboard. Underneath: nine pool hours per week, six on-deck coaching hours, a current-model tech suit purchased two weeks before the meet, two regional travel meets, fourteen family hours per week, physio access, and several missed weekend events. None of this appears on the heat sheet. All of it carried the swim.
